Moving Right Along Wednesdays February 8 - March 14

Moving Right Along is an exercise class using stretching and
exercise bands to improve muscle and joint strengthening. It is
especially helpful for senior citizens and those struggling with
arthritis. The class lasts one hour. No pre-registration is required.
Just show up wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. There are no fees
for the classes and they are open to the community.

Chronic Disease Management -
Living a Healthy Life Wednesdays February 8 - March 14 2:00pm
Chronic Disease Management helps people live a healthy life
by managing their chronic disease symptoms. The class lasts 1-1/2 hours,
from 2:00 -3:30pm, for 6 weeks. There are no fees for the class, and a
workbook is included. Snacks and other materials are also provided at no
charge. The class is open to the public. You must pre-register for the
class. If you have questions or need more information, or to reserve a

Caregiver Support Group
Second and fourth Wednesdays
5:00pm
The Caregiver Support Group is an opportunity for persons
involved in the care of friend or family member, who would benefit from
information on various care giving topics and from the shared experience
and support of others facing similar issues and challenges. The group is
led by Sr. Mary Michael McCulla, Parish Nurse, and meets on the 2nd and
4th Wednesdays of each month from 5:00 to 6:00pm in the upper fellowship
room. The group is open to the community.

Lunch and Learn Third Wednesday each month
11:30am
This program is presented by our Parish Nurse, Sr. Mary
Michael McCulla. Lunch will be held at 11:30 with a program to follow at
12 noon. We will meet in the classroom on the main floor and encourage a
free will offering for the lunch. This program is open to the public.
Come and enjoy a good lunch, good company, and information for your good
health! In order to assure enough food for the lunch, pre-registration
is required by the Monday prior to the session. Please call or email Sr.
